Phesleep is a sleep assistance app that helps you fall asleep peacefully through voice guidance. It won't ask you to check in daily, won't track your usage time, and won't monitor your sleep data. By using this app, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. License Grant

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and use the app on your personal device
• Download voice packs for personal use

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute app content
• Reverse engineer the app
• Use the app for any commercial purpose
• Resell or redistribute voice pack content

3. Health Disclaimer

Important:

• Phesleep is a sleep aid tool and cannot replace professional medical advice
• If you have severe sleep disorders, please consult a healthcare professional
• I am not responsible for any health effects from using this app

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Purchases are non-refundable (unless otherwise required by local law)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the current period ends

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the app is the property of Phesleep or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to: voice content, user interface design, icons and graphics, and text content.

6. Disclaimer

This app is provided "as is" and I am not liable for:

• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Data loss
• Any damages resulting from using or inability to use this app
