Welcome to Flura. We believe time is not just scheduled events, but understood life. Please read these terms carefully. By using this app, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Flura is a time management and life balance tool that provides the following features:

Time tracking and recording
Focus mode with Pomodoro timer
Data insights across four life domains
Task management
Optional subscription service (Flura Pro)

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Flura on your personal devices. You may not:

Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app code
Rent, sell, or redistribute the app
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use for illegal or unauthorized purposes

3. Privacy Commitment

We Cannot Access Your Data

1. 100% Local Storage

All your data (focus records, tasks, mood notes) is stored only on your iPhone/iPad locally
We do not store, receive, or process any of your personal data on our servers
Even if we wanted to access it, we couldn't—this is guaranteed by technical architecture, not just a promise

2. iCloud Sync: Your Private Space

If you enable iCloud sync, data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account
We cannot access your iCloud data—this is guaranteed by Apple's security mechanisms
You can view and manage iCloud storage in iOS Settings at any time
Data remains on your device after disabling sync

3. Zero Tracking, Zero Analytics, Zero Server

We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any third-party tracking tools
No account system—no registration, login, or email required
No backend server recording your usage behavior
Anonymous crash logs (if collected) contain no personal information, used only for bug fixes

4. Paid Subscription: Processed by Apple

Pro subscription is entirely handled through the App Store—we cannot see your payment information
Core features (time recording, focus timer, basic insights) are free forever
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime in App Store settings without contacting us

5. Data Export: Take It Anytime

Export all data in CSV or JSON format at any time
Exported data is completely yours—open and analyze with any tool
If you decide to leave, we cannot stop you, and there are no penalties

4. Subscription Service (Flura Pro)

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

Monthly subscription
Annual subscription

4.2 Payment

Subscriptions are charged through your Apple ID account
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
Renewal fees are charged within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime in iPhone Settings:

Open "Settings"
Tap your Apple ID
Select "Subscriptions"
Select "Flura Pro" and cancel

After cancellation, you can continue using Pro features until the current subscription period ends.

4.4 Refunds

Refund policy is managed by Apple. Please request refunds through the App Store. We cannot directly process refund requests.

5. Disclaimers

5.1 "As Is" Provision

Flura is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Error-free or uninterrupted operation

5.2 Health Disclaimer

Flura is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Please consult professional medical personnel for health issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

Data loss or corruption
Losses caused by using or inability to use the app
Interruptions of third-party services (such as iCloud)
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability does not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the past 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property

Flura and all its content (including but not limited to design, icons, text, code) are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all data you create in Flura (time records, tasks, notes, etc.). We do not claim any rights to your data.

9. Service Changes and Termination

9.1 Our Rights

We reserve the following rights:

Modify or terminate the service at any time
Update app features
Adjust subscription prices (does not affect existing subscriptions)

9.2 Your Rights

If you disagree with service changes, you can:

Stop using the app
Cancel your subscription
Export your data

10. Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Links

Flura may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy policies.

12. Terms Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through:

In-app notifications
Updating the "Last Updated" date on this page

Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
