When you first launch the app, you can:

How do I track time?
Flura offers two tracking methods:
- Real-time Timer: Tap the start button on the home page, select an activity type, and begin timing
- Manual Entry: Tap blank spaces in the timeline to manually add past time blocks
What are the Four Life Domains?

- Recharge: Rest, relaxation, energy recovery
- Connection: Social, family, relationships
- Joy: Hobbies, entertainment, exploration

How do I use ambient sounds in Focus Mode?
In Focus Mode, tap the music note icon and select from these ambient sounds:

Is my data secure?
Yes, all your data:
- 100% stored locally on your device
- Optionally sync with iCloud (stored in your personal iCloud account)

How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Profile → tap subscription-related button → select "Restore Purchase".
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can:
