How do I get started with Flura?

When you first launch the app, you can:

  • Set your nickname and avatar
  • Configure goal time allocation for the four life domains
  • Choose a preset mode (Balanced/Focused) or customize your own

How do I track time?

Flura offers two tracking methods:

  • Real-time Timer: Tap the start button on the home page, select an activity type, and begin timing
  • Manual Entry: Tap blank spaces in the timeline to manually add past time blocks

What are the Four Life Domains?

  • Focus: Work, study, deep thinking
  • Recharge: Rest, relaxation, energy recovery
  • Connection: Social, family, relationships
  • Joy: Hobbies, entertainment, exploration

By balancing these four domains, you can achieve a more fulfilling life.

How do I use ambient sounds in Focus Mode?

In Focus Mode, tap the music note icon and select from these ambient sounds:

  • White Noise - Perfect for deep work
  • Rain - Calm and soothing
  • Ocean Waves - Relaxing and stress-relieving
  • Forest - Natural atmosphere
  • River, Wind, Fire, Keyboard sounds

What features does Flura Pro include?

Is my data secure?

Yes, all your data:

  • 100% stored locally on your device
  • Optionally sync with iCloud (stored in your personal iCloud account)
  • We do not collect any personal information
  • Never shared with any third parties

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Profile → tap subscription-related button → select "Restore Purchase".

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can:

  1. Open iPhone "Settings"
  2. Tap your Apple ID
  3. Select "Subscriptions"
  4. Find "Flura Pro" and cancel
